If
you read my biography page, you know my parents fled Cuba to reach America
where I was born.
They
gave me the name Moises to reflect my heritage. It's a little hard to
say the first time, but phonetically, it is pronounced Moi SÉS
Of
course, in English, it means Moses, and that's what many of my
friends call me.
Most everyone
just shorten it altogether and call me Mo.
So,
you can call me Moises, Moses or Mo. What I hope
is at the you'll continue to call me Assemblyman!
